Our Project Management services are geared to fit your needs and include:

• Deriving and distributing Tender documents including detailed Bid Forms.

• Holding an on site Bidders’ Meeting to discuss the proposed work.

• Receiving bids on behalf of the client and providing a detailed analysis and recommendations on how to proceed.

• Developing a CCDC2 or similar contract between the contractor and client.

• Overseeing the construction to ensure trades are executing the work as detailed in the construction documents.

• Issuing Site Instructions and Change Orders throughout the project.

• Holding Progress Meetings with the Owner, Contractor and necessary Trades and issuing Site Meeting Notes.

• Reviewing invoices from the contractor and issuing Progress Payments with necessary Holdbacks.

• Receiving and reviewing all Warranty and Close Out Documents.

• Reviewing and ensuring the project is Substantially Complete and issuing Final Payment and Hold Back Release.
